This is Cruiser, the newest member of our family. We finally, after months of searching, found a pony to replace Dewey. We actually went and looked at him for the first time in March and again the end of April. We are glad he is finally here and hope he will work out to be a nice pony for Ryann.

Memorial Day 2011
We spent Memorial Day weekend visiting cemeteries with both of our families. Its a great tradition and I hope that one day my kids will know the significance of this special holiday.

Pre-School Graduation
Ryann finished her second year at VIP Pre-School and is now ready for Kindergarten!! She really enjoyed pre-school and loved her teachers. She looked so cute in her cap and gown and may have made her mom cry just a little bit. She is growing up way too fast.

Neighborhood Fun
Everytime it would rain this summer a big puddle would form in the driveway. The girls loved putting on their rainboots and splashing in the puddle with their friends.

Dance Recital
Ryann's clogging dance recital was on May 20th at the highschool. Ryann loved performing on the stage and being backstage with all the older girls. Her dance teacher does an awesome job and really puts on a good show. This was her third year of clogging and its amazing to see home much she has improved.

Cowboy
The girls decided to name the colt Cowboy. He is a cute little guy and we have really enjoyed watching him. He grew so fast in the first few weeks.
Baby Birds
The girls had fun checking on the eggs everyday and then one day they came running in all excited because there were baby birds. The momma bird was patient and would fly on and off the babies every time the girls wanted to peek at the babies. They changed everyday and were only in the nest for about three weeks and then they flew away.

Dance Compitetion and Beauty Pageant
April 30th was a busy day for our little Ryann Star. We started out the day by heading to Salt Lake bright and early for her first dance competition with her clogging team. She did awesome and danced her little heart out. She really loves to be on the stage preforming.
After the dance competition we went home to rest for a few hours then we got Ryann ready for the Genola Beauty Pageant where she participated in the Little Miss Genola program. She had so much fun getting all dressed up. She got to perform a dance and then got to walk across the stage where she was presented with a tootsie pop bouquet and a tiara. I'm sure this will now be a yearly tradition.
