All About Me.

*I am ... Tired and should be in bed.
* I think ... my husband is a cheater. (that doesn't sound too good but it's an inside joke and he'll know what I'm talking about)
* I know ... that tomorrow is Monday
* I want ... to go to Disneyland so bad and will be on May 6th.
* I fear... for the economy and how it will effect my family.
* I feel ... like I need some sleep
* I hear ... my fan and Austyn moving around in her crib through the baby monitor
* I cry ... all the time, I'm a baby.
* I search ... for good deals.
* I wonder ... if Austyn will sleep until 7 or 8
*I wish ... I could lose a few pound.
* I love ... my family, my life, my friends, my house and my animals.
* I always ... sleep on the right side of the bed.
* I worry ... way too much.
* I am not ... perfect.
* I remember ... when Ryann was a baby and cant believe she will be 3 in a few months.
* I believe ... in god.
* I sing ... as little as possible.
* I don't always ... clean my house like I should every week.
* I argue ... Ryann and cant imagine what it will be like when she is a teenager
*I write ... way too many lists that never get completed.
* I lose ... my keys all the time!
* I listen ... to Ryann talk.
* I don't understand ... what is going on with the economy
* I can usually be found ... at home.
* I need ... to go to the grocery store
* I forgot ... that I'm supposed to turn in Ryann's fundraiser stuff tomorrow at dance, I guess I'll be buying a lot of candles :(
* I am happy ... when I am with my family

Fall is Here!!

It was another nice weekend for our little family. On Saturday afternoon Jamison and I went on a horse ride up Payson Canyon. It was nice to get in the mountains for a few hours and the leaves were really pretty. We saw a bunch of wild turkeys and a few deer. The horses did really well considering it was only their second time on a trail ride.

Unfortunately, it wasn't such a nice afternoon for Jamison's parents. They babysat for us and Austyn gave them a run for their money. She has turned into quite the momma's girl lately and she cried the whole time we were gone. Needless to say, they had her packed up and waiting at the curb when we got there, just kidding, but I wouldnt of blamed them if they did. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa T. for putting up with her and dont feel bad she has been fussy for everone lately. Ryann was good though and had fun playing with the kids and going to the park with Jeremy.

Here are a few pictures from our ride...

And this last picture is a sneak peek at the soon to be newest addition to the Thornton family (hopefully). His name is Due to be King aka Dewey and he is a gorgeous blue roan shetland pony.

Another Year Older.

Yesterday was my birthday and we spent the afternoon at Jordan's football game, where he scored another touchdown!! After the game we went to Red Robin for dinner and then back to my parents house for cake. My mom made my favorite cake (thanks mom!!). Here are a few pictures from the day.

This last picture I got from my friend Jennie of our two adorable daughters on a hunting adventure. Ryann always wants to go shopping and Cassidy always wants to go hunting!! That's my little girlie girl for you. But as you can tell she didnt mind the hunting too much.

5 Months Old!!

Our little Chunky Monkey is five months old today. I cant believe how fast she is growing.

In the past two weeks...

Just a quick post of some of the fun things we have done over the past two weeks...
  • rode Smash with Macy and BreeAnn
  • went on a four wheeler ride with Uncle Jordan
  • went to a few football games and were able to see Uncle Jordan get his first touch down at a highschool game. Now when ever Ryann is excited about something she says "Go Riverton!! Touchdown Jordan!!" (He's #21 in case your wondering)

Another fun happening this month was the celebration of Grandma's 50th birthday, I'll have to post pictures later, or as soon as BreeAnn sends them to me.

Once again another post withouth any pictures of Austyn. But I promise the next one will be totally dedicated to her.

BreeAnn's Wedding

I know the wedding was over a month ago but here are a few of my favorite pictures. My cousin Amie did such a great job!! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception

A Wonderful Wednesday!!

What a successful day we've had around here. Ryann had a great day of potty training with not a single accident!! Here's to hoping it sticks this time. She completed the beads on her "potty necklace" and cant wait to show it to her Grandma tomorrow.

It was a rainy evening and Ryann played outside with her rain boots and umbrella and got excited when we spotted a rainbow.

Some Pics, Rolling Over, and Using the Potty!!

Just thought I'd share a few pictures from the past few weeks. I cant believe summer is almost over, it went by way too fast.
Madysen & Ryann at the cabin

This is how I found Ryann & Austyn one afternoon when they were both supposed to be sleeping!

She dressed herself!!

First day of dance class!! She loved it!!

Playing with Cassidy this morning. They have such a good time together.

On another note, we have had quite the successful day. Austyn rolled over for the first time and Ryann has once again decided to use the potty to do her business in. Hopefully this time it sticks and we can start buying diapers for only one child!! (cross your fingers for me)

Good-Bye Chicken!!

On Saturday, August 30th my uncle Scott "Scotty" Christensen passed away. It has been very hard on the whole family and especially for my
Grandparents who have cared for Scotty for the past 46 years.

He was such a special person in our life and his loss has created a huge void. But I know he is now in a better place and is no longer suffering.

I created a collage of some pictures for my Grandma and here are a few of my favorites...

The last one is my favorite. It is my brother Michael and I watching TV with Scotty in his room. I don't remember what we were watching or why he was even letting us watch TV in his room but it has now become my favorite picture of my Uncle.

Ryann handled the funeral and services pretty well but she just doesn't understand it yet. She has asked all sorts of questions. I just hope that she will have good memories of Scotty things like: trains, chicken, and Lucky Charms (Scotty Cereal) and will not just remember seeing Scotty for the last time when he was sick and at the funeral.
