Grandparents who have cared for Scotty for the past 46 years.
He was such a special person in our life and his loss has created a huge void. But I know he is now in a better place and is no longer suffering.
I created a collage of some pictures for my Grandma and here are a few of my favorites...
The last one is my favorite. It is my brother Michael and I watching TV with Scotty in his room. I don't remember what we were watching or why he was even letting us watch TV in his room but it has now become my favorite picture of my Uncle.
Ryann handled the funeral and services pretty well but she just doesn't understand it yet. She has asked all sorts of questions. I just hope that she will have good memories of Scotty things like: trains, chicken, and Lucky Charms (Scotty Cereal) and will not just remember seeing Scotty for the last time when he was sick and at the funeral.

Sorry to hear about your Uncle Scotty. I feel bad that I didn't know for sure until today. I saw something on BreeAnn's myspace that got me thinking but I just hadn't had a chance to call you. ReNae mentioned today that they went to a viewing earlier this week and I asked who for and that's how I found it. You know how it always goes. We never find out anything until it's too late. Sorry.
